Wally Screech Owl

Wally is a male Eastern Screech Owl found as a hatchling in 1999 in Kentucky by a Dollywood employee. He had a head injury and was deemed non-releasable.

Screech owls can live up to 20 years in captivity and half that in the wild.

Wally is now used in educational programs and in the "Wings of America" birds of prey show at Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN.
